Triggers such as cigarette smoke, dust, pollen can make you cough, also droplets from the nose (nasal mucus from dripping into the back of the throat), or acid reflux as gastric pain. Some people cough due to anxiety.

Cough can be dry, itchy, and painful, or remove mucus. Some prescription drugs also cause coughing. Sometimes, however, cough is a symptom of serious diseases like cancer.

There are several things you can do to control the cough and supportive treatment of physicians, among others:

1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Includes soup and warm drinks such as herbal teas, which thins mucus coughed so easy.

Tuberculosis (TB), A Dangerous Disease

Along with the dangers that caused by tuberculosis, number of TB patients are still high. TB is a disease that caused by “mycrobacterium tuberculosis” which attacked humans at their productive age. So, tuberculosis is caused by germs, not just a hereditary disease.

Meanwhile, there are many people who assume that TB is more dangerous than HIV / AIDS. Symptoms of TB such as, cough with phlegm for three weeks or more, followed by fever, weight loss, and sweating at night. Besides that, the appetite will decline drastically, feel pain around the chest and also caused bleeding cough. This disease is spread through the air.
