Your Health Depends on Your Food
Your food can reflect who you are. Furthermore, eating also determines someone’s health. Eating is a human behavior in fulfilling their need for food which includes attitudes, beliefs, food type, frequency, processing, and food selection.
If the food is healthy, then certainly you will have a healthy digestive system, so your risk of getting colon cancer becomes smaller. Large intestine (colon) and the area between colon and anus (rectum) have much in common and often called colon cancer. Colon and rectum are part of the digestive system that processes the food and throw away the leftover from the body.
Colon cancer is cancer that grows in the large intestine (colon) or rectum. Most of colon cancer starts from the growth of malignant cells that is called adenomas, which was originally formed polyps. Polyps can be removed easily but adenomas often show no symptoms, so it can not be detected in such a long time and in certain circumstances it has potential to become a cancer that can occur in all parts of the colon. Colon cancer can spread outside of the colon tissue and to the other body parts.
Modern lifestyle sometimes makes a lot of people having difficulty to adjust with a healthy lifestyle, also as the cause of colon cancer. Lack of exercise, often eat fast food that contains less fiber, excessive body weight (obesity), and smoking may become the trigger why this type of cancer now spread on younger age.
